Nicola Maggi

At the Fuori Salone 2024, the Atelier Balderi hosts the exhibition by the artist and designer Nicola Maggi entitled " NATURE’S CRUST ", a project with a strong sensorial impact, which includes large drawings representing leaves, animals and natural elements, sculptures and functional sculptural works. The crust of the marble, which is normally discarded, becomes the main actor of the sculptural elements and furnishings. Surfaces that preserve millenary memories, unexpected and very pleasant, porous, with fractures that can host plants, especially citrus fruits, become elements of a cultural project of reflection on the relationship with nature, and on the theme of listening and understanding the others.
