BHUMI ceramica

The company was founded in 2000 by Forino AV from the artistic collaboration between Nello Antonio Valentino and Aniello Rega. 

During the ten-year activity BHUMI has developed its products through Ariano-Milan and return reading and rereading of the Arianese majolica in collaboration with the Bottega Delle Mani, Ugo La pietra and the academy of Brera (MI). TIGS - Tokyo International Gift Show, TOP DRAWER SPRING of London. 

During 2003 he won the ARTISAN PRODUCT competition at Lario Fiere, 30th Handicraft Market Exhibition in Erba Como, with the Ovolì tableware oil product. Collaboration with the Faculty of Architecture of Naples on the topic EXERCISES IN TRAFILA / DESIGN EXPERIMENTS presented at the TRIENNALE OF MILAN in 2010 and at the PAN of Naples in 2011. 

Collaboration with the Faculty of Architecture of Rome "La Sapienza" on the SOLAR DECATHLON EUROPE 2012 with the Italian team MAD in Italy - the sustainable mediterranean house winning the THIRD PRIZE. Winners in 2012 of the Palermo Design Week Award assigned to the best project of the Genius of the Two Sicilies. From 2nd May to 21st September present at EXPO Milan 2015.

BHUMI cooperates, projects and creates, moreover for Michelin-starred chefs like Paolo Barrale, Lino Scarallo, la famiglia Fischetti, Roberto Allocca, Domenico Candela, Peppe Guida, Cristian Torsiello, Rocco De Santis.
