Maria Rosce

Artistic name of Maryam Roshanaei, Persian artist.

Born September 21, 1986 in Tehran, she grew up in a family of artists. Her grandfather, Ali-akbarShahnazi (1897-1985) was a musician, composer and master of Tar, the peculiar 6-string instrument similar to the original lute of the ancient Persian Empire.

In Tehran she attended the Art School of Fine Arts and obtained a degree in graphic design. In 2012 she left for Italy Milan where she lives today, except for a small interlude of 5 years during which she chose to move to Lecco in the north of Italy to "change her lifestyle and feel closer to nature".

In Milan, she attended the Brera Academy of Fine Arts and graduated in graphics.
