Why Artisia on display?
Artisia is a union of water, durum wheat semolina and technology, a meeting of kneading hands, heartbeats, thought and intelligence.
Artisia is 3D printed pasta but it is more than just pasta. It is a bold gastronomic product open to the language of art, design and technology, the effect of new connections capable of generating an all-encompassing culinary experience with a strong identity.
Artisia invites you to discover how three-dimensionality can transform cooking into an artistic, sensorial and conceptual experience that unleashes emotions, undermines certainties, sends clichés haywire and above all satisfies, entertains and unites.
The sculptural design shapes draw inspiration from culture and nature: amphorae, sea urchins, stars, mushrooms, buds, pyramids…
The cavities, twists, plays of full and empty spaces and different textures interact with the palate, offering a completely new perception of taste and consistency.
The weight and dimensions of each piece of 3D pasta have been designed to allow you to take the bites with your hands, making touch an integral part of the act of eating, thus stimulating sharing and the pleasure of conviviality.
All this makes the presence of Artisia a necessary ingredient of the exhibition “Prendete e Mangiate”, object and subject of a vibrant dialogue and illuminating connections.
