Wanderart

Alessandra Pasqua was born in 1975 in Rome, where she lives and works.  She has extensive experience in both art and design.
She studied painting at Central Saint Martins in London, took courses in metalworking sculpture using the lost-wax technique, and goldsmithing at the Alchimia School in Florence. Early humanities studies helped create her strong interest in poetry, language and mythology, later intertwined with her technical and manual skills.
Graduating with honors in Construction Engineering, she worked for a long time in the field of architecture and engineering with Arup and later in the field of design, directing the Style Center of Mecaer Aviation Group, developing designs for interiors of VIP helicopters and business jets and earning international recognition. For more than a decade he has devoted himself to artistic research, exploring the potential of pictorial, sculptural and more generally object and three-dimensional form.
In the works he analyzes, through poetic reflection, the identity of human beings with their passions, weaknesses and hopes. She scrutinizes the link between emotions and the "wound of the unloved" (Peter Schellenbaum), but also the ability of people to create attunement with each other and ultimately with Nature.
