Opus Altea offers chamber form reinterpretations of operas reduced in time, in act and stage to unique and specially created costumes, keeping the scenic and dramaturgical action intact and with a clear and perfectly pertinent story to the score.
This with the aim of making agile, usable and modern a deeply felt cultural heritage such as that of operas whose performance times do not always seem accessible to a society that runs fast and with inevitably reduced attention.
Opus Altea is therefore a cultural project that was created to make the opera accessible to an increasingly wide audience and also to young people, a product that, for human dynamics to deal with, is revealed and confirmed of great relevance.
A project of great flexibility that adapts to the most diverse spaces: from small theater, concert halls or medium sized, up to private homes.
After having hoped for this project since 2015, Altea Pivetta founded the stable company in 2018, attracting young talents and creating immersive performances.
