Astrid Luglio is a product designer born in Naples who currently lives, designs and teaches in Milan.

She graduated from NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan, where she now teaches in the Small Objects English design course at the three-year Design course.  In 2016 she co-founded the collective The Ladies' Room with which she started a reflection on contemporary design, creating artifacts and experiences that investigate the renewed need for involvement of the senses.

In 2018 he founded his own studio and began to work independently with companies, galleries and individuals both in Italy and abroad. Often produced alongside expert local artisans, his projects aim to generate an experience through a sensory narrative. His work has been exhibited in fairs such as Salone del Mobile, Operae, Edit, Maison&Object, art and design galleries such as Amelie Maison D'art and Building Gallery, museums such as the Triennale di Milano.

At the moment Astrid continues her research and experimentation in the world of furniture design with a particular passion for kinetic sculptures, tableware, perfume bottles and all those small objects that emphasize rituals and reinterpret traditions.
