Zibo was founded by Giulio Potestà and Alessandro Cattaneo, two friends who first met in 2010 at Alma - Gualtiero Marchesi's International School Of Italian Cuisine. After making their own way in high-level restaurants, in 2015 they met again and decided to open their traveling business, with which to combine the experiences of haute cuisine and the popular tradition of street food.
Now that Zibo is no longer just a food truck, the business is run by Giulio and his wife Laura in the beautiful Sant'Ambrogio area. New guys from both the dining room and the kitchen have joined the group, creating a beautiful new team.
