We are Giacomo, Mattia and Gianluca together with many of our friends who have collaborated to make the dream come true: a Fish Fast Food with the concept of Italian-style catering.
Quality is an essential prerogative. We use local products, paying special attention to seasonality and the demand of our customers and keeping an eye on some central topics in today's food, such as Healty-Food and Plastic-Free. It is precisely for this reason that we have chosen compostable disposable products for plates, cutlery, glasses and all take-out packaging as a solution to reduce the pollution generated by plastic.
The fish comes from the national territory, as do the vegetables and all the other raw materials that make up our dishes. Natural wines, craft beers, excellent drinks, traditional bread and fresh pasta.
