The 5VIE Design Contest is a global competition that seeks to recognize and support innovative designers who create original works that reinterpret existing knowledge to make it relevant today. The contest accepts entries from designers who can demonstrate exceptional design skills, and the winning entry will be exhibited during Milan Design Week 2025.
The guidelines for the works in the competition are specific: they must be original, created in the last three years, unique, not previously exhibited in Milan, and not winners of other awards. Additionally, the work must demonstrate artistic intent and fall within the area of product design.
The expert jury will review all submitted works, selecting a shortlist of 10 exceptional pieces that demonstrate excellence, innovation, and artistic vision in contemporary design. The jury's task is to identify and recognize the best projects in the world, while also discovering the next generation of design talent. 5VIE brings together a diverse and esteemed design jury to ensure that the prestige and credibility of the award continue to grow.
To participate, simply click on the link and upload the material in a single folder containing a short text of up to 400 characters and photos of the project/sketches, to be named with your first name, last name, and project title (example: FirstName_LastName_ProjectTitle).
