5VIE D'N'A 2021

After the success achieved in September 2020 with the first edition of 5VIE D'N'A - Design 'n' Art for a Better World, 5VIE proposes again the format for the second edition in April 2021.

It will be a digital event on the platform 5vie.it, which will be articulated in a schedule of digital exhibitions and 2 thematic Forums, from 12th to 18th April, within the framework of Milano Design City 2021. The platform will allow to integrate the fruition of contents with advanced networking tools, in order to make the digital experience more and more complementary to the live one.


5VIE D'N'A inaugurates the Design Program 2021 of 5VIE, a path in which the designers who join the program will be accompanied from April until September, with the aim of being present with activities and exhibitions on the territory during Milano Design Week (5-10 September 2021).

Towards a new paradigm of cultural production and fruition

How to face the challenge of a conscious, sustainable and quality tourism? The Forum, dedicated to the future of the tourism sector, will see speakers taking turns around 4 thematic tables, whose common thread will be the integrated restart of the tourism sector through the drivers of culture and design.

A forum dedicated vertically to design, with thematic round tables moderated by Porzia Bergamasco, journalist and independent curator.

• Tuesday 13.04.2021 Design 'n' Art for Territories: a day dedicated to the traditions of making and their contemporary development at the intersection with design. The meeting is part of the project Milan and Venice: Symbols and Icons / a journey through design art architecture.

• Friday 16.04.2021 Design 'n' Art for New Italian Landscapes: a round table dedicated to the role of design in the process of construction and reconstruction of identity, value and economies in the Bel Paese, with a particular focus on the new generation of emerging designers and their vision for the future of the sector.
On this occasion 5VIE will also launch GALLERIA, an online exhibition area characterized by the editorial cut of research, with the aim of becoming a collector of excellence in the fields of art, design and architecture.

The event is being held in a hybrid way, physical as well as digital.

Sant'Ambrogio / Cordusio), by MM1 (Cordusio stop), or by tram 2, 3 and 14.

Thanks to the digital world, we are able to expand our community of participants, opening the
event also to exhibitors who do not have the opportunity to physically present themselves in the
district.


You can find all digital exhibitors in the Digital Exhibitors area: a virtual exhibition space
where you can filter and search for exhibitions, discover project details and get in touch with the
companies, designers and institutions.

Check out the Live Area: a digital space of three rooms with three different modes
of interaction. In the Auditorium presentations, talks and public events are organised;

in the Lounge, informal encounters, aperitifs and social events are held, to interact directly with participants and relax between visits;

the Business area is a private area accessible to companies and professionals. Mail us to organize your
digital corporate meeting!

And to make sure you don't miss a single event, the handy Agenda on every page reminds you of the
upcoming appointments.
