BITOSSI HOME PRESENTS “TRATTORIA” – A REINTERPRETATION OF SUGO MILANO
DURING MDW25.

Bitossi Home presents Trattoria, a reinterpretation of Sugo Milano in a unique
contemporary trattoria experience, a place where every detail tells the story of the brand
and its vision of dining. Bitossi Home and Sugo Milano share an aesthetic that evokes past
atmospheres revisited with a contemporary sensitivity. The choice of Sugo was a natural
one: an intertwining of shared inspirations, blending design and culinary tradition,
memory and creativity.
From April 7 to 12, with a special menu inspired by revisited Tuscan cuisine, La Tavola
Scomposta sets the stage for a narrative woven with colors, textures, and evocative
flavors that are both authentic and unexpected.

An ode to shared moments and the art of the table: Trattoria is the brand’s interpretation
of the intimate yet lively atmosphere of traditional Italian trattorias. An experience where
time seems to slow down, making room for a dialogue between past and present,
between tradition and innovation. The story unfolds through unexpected details, objects
that spontaneously come together, and combinations of shapes and materials that
narrate different yet harmoniously interconnected stories.
The creative direction of the project is entrusted to Francesca Sarti, designer and founder
of Arabeschi di Latte, a studio that, since 2001, has explored the cultural value of
conviviality through design, crafting a broader narrative made up of shared memories,
everyday gestures, and human interactions.

Enhancing the atmosphere of the Trattoria even further is a collaboration with Colours of
Arley, a brand that, like Bitossi Home, loves color in all its shades and explores it with
creativity and freedom. Stripes and checks, distinctive elements of both brands,
intertwine in a visual narrative that envelops the Trattoria space with character and
harmony.

The Trattoria is open to the public and can be booked independently via the Sugo Milano
website or by phone, offering an experience of conviviality reinterpreted by Bitossi Home.
