Mythos Speculum

Eduardo Secci is glad to announce the group show titledMythos Speculum, featuring works byAdam Bilardi,Luisa Me,Anousha Payne, andTheo Triantafyllidis. The exhibition is accompanied by a curatorial text byHector Campbelland will run in our Milanese venue (via Olmetto 1) fromSeptember 14toNovember 11.

The word "mythos" encapsulates the idea of myth and lore, representing the exploration of identities through stories and cultural narratives. It suggests a journey into the depths of stories that shape our perceptions of ourselves and others. On the other hand, in Latin, "speculum" means mirror. This ties in with the concept of mirror images and avatars, as well as the introspective aspect of the exhibition: a metaphorical tool for self-reflection and understanding.
