Portraits so precise that they look like real photographs at first glance. The exhibition "Face2Face" by Alessandro Landolfo presents a corpus of fifty paintings that the artist has created with the simple help of a ballpoint pen.
To host the unique exhibition, next February 21, will be Exhibeation, the urban and modern living room dedicated entirely to art, vinyl and conviviality.
Rocco Hunt, Emis Killa, Ghali, Madman, Baby K, Elodie, Jake La Furia, Miss Keta, Clementino, Salmo, Noyz Narcos: these are just some of the characters portrayed by the very young Russian artist exhibited in the premises of via Corsico 3, in Milan.
"I like to take a picture of the day and put myself in front of a blank sheet of paper with a pen and challenge myself to reproduce it in a drawing more likely to the chosen subject. A pen for not being able to correct NOTHING, NOTHING is created or destroyed, you start and you can perfect it giving a sense and a value to what you start with commitment and passion" these are the words of Landolfo.
Art and music wisely united to give life to an unprecedented audiovisual experience. Innovative once again the idea signed by Art Director Beppe Treccia and Dj/Producer Nicola Daniele, who have decided to revolutionize the traditional concept of art gallery proposing a unique format in the Milanese metropolis.
The exhibition "Face2Face" will be accompanied by a dj set of vinyl only. Alessandro Landolfo will realize for the occasion a limited and numbered series of artwork covers, in collaboration with the newly born white label "FRESCOEDITS", distributed in the best record stores.
The occasion will also be happy to present the new location: Exhibeation finds home atRAL Cocktail Bar. A "concept bar" that, in addition to pleasing the taste buds, satisfies the desire of an extemporary audience, from early morning until very late in the evening. A location reminiscent of the charm of some places that are more easily found in European capitals, where you can enjoy the relaxation of an informal and friendly place, enjoy a mix of beverage, music and art.
