Daria Dazzan

Daria Dazzan, a versatile artist known for her remarkable talent in both textile design and ceramics, was born near Venice in 1984. She attended studies at the prestigious Antwerp Royal Academy of Fine Art, where she pursued her passion for fashion design.

Daria embarked on a remarkable fashion professional journey, working in-house for fashion houses including Hussein Chalayan in London, Dice Kayek in Paris, Balmain in Paris, Versace in Milan and Diesel in North Italy. Her work in design assistance and fabric development, specializing in embroidery, jacquards, and prints, garnered acclaim for its innovative flair and perfectionist attention to detail.

In 2015, Daria's artistic exploration took a new direction as she delved into the world of ceramics. Immersing herself in the rich traditions of ceramic craftsmanship, she trained under the guidance of master artisans in Montmartre’ atelier in Paris and Nove (Vi) Italy, including Roberto dal Sasso and Danilo and Roberto Rigon. This marked the beginning of a transformative journey as Daria found a new medium through which to express her creative vision.

In 2021, Daria realized her dream with the establishment of "MANI MILANO LAB" in Milan. Serving as both a pottery laboratory that gives class to adults and teenagers, is also the base for her design consultancy, the studio became a testament to Daria's unwavering dedication to her craft. Here, she seamlessly blends her expertise in textiles with her passion for ceramics, collaborating with interior decorators and architects to bring unique projects to life. From complex and expansive in-situ installations to meticulously crafted vase-sized pieces, Daria's work embodies a harmonious fusion of form, function, and aesthetic beauty
