Beatrice Carolina Gambato

Beatrice Carolina was born in Padua in 1992. She graduated from Accademia di Architettura di Mendrisio in 2017, she currently lives in Milan.
She has approached the world of ceramics during her studies, thanks to a professional experience in Tokyo, to then find and continue a personal research of the hand modeling of the raw material.
Her ceramics are characterized by geometric shapes, decorated by hand with brush-applied colors. The designer’s creative approach breaks the boundary between the primary function of the product, making it an artifact to be experienced in its own uniqueness and imperfection.
