Matias Sagaria

Matias Sagaria was born in Bolzano in 1980, he graduated in Architecture at the University of Parma in 2007. Since 2008 he has been living in NYC, where he has been working on international interior design and architecture projects with Tonychi and Associates and Roman and Williams. He opened his own studio (SAGARÍA) with offices in NYC and Milan in 2016, after more than a decade in the role of Lead Designer in hospitality projects for Mandarin Oriental, Park Hyatt, Rosewood and Freehand Hotels in America, Asia and Europe.
He was Design Director for Starbuck Roastery and Replay The Stage in Milan and has a portfolio of more than 20 restaurants on five continents. Matias is a firm believer in the tumultuous power of Dreams and a well-told Story.
