MoscaPartners

MoscaPartners was founded in 2011 on the passion and vast experience working in the design sector of its founders Caterina Mosca and Valerio Castelli.

Guided by their desire to promote design culture, Mosca and Castelli began taking advantage of large-scale events as a way of spreading new ideas. Ever since then MoscaPartners has been an international hub promoting knowledge sharing and discussion between professionals who work in architecture and design and an audience of both experts and enthusiasts.

MoscaPartners carefully selects companies, designers and locations, favouring profound research projects and locations that trigger synergies and stimulate dialogue between professionals from all over the world, adding important cultural value to the territory where the events take place.

For Milan Design Week 2014 MoscaPartners first took up residence in the historic Milanese

building Palazzo Litta, to organize an event that started a dialogue between the majesty of the ancient surroundings and the innovativeness of the contemporary projects on show.

In 2017, in collaboration with the regional department of Cultural Heritage and Tourism for

Lombardy (MiBACT), MoscaPartners founded Palazzo Litta Culture. This new project brought together the public and private sectors and involved some of Milan’s most interesting representatives of the fields of cinema, photography and music, offering a programme of events that brought together all fields of the arts.

Throughout its history MoscaPartners has worked with some of the most important schools of design in Europe, as well as young talents, architects and designers, and with some of the most influential names on the international design scene such as Kengo Kuma, Michele De Lucchi, Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel, Marcio Kogan, Patricia Urquiola, Francis Kerè, Diller Scofidio + Renfro, Asif Khan, Pezo Von Ellrichshausen and Aires Mateus, who have all created high impact installations in close collaboration with some of the biggest brands in international design.
