Leonardo Nava

Leonardo Nava was born in Milan in 1973. In 2000 he graduated in Architectural Design. Student of the designer A.G. Fronzoni during his high school studies at ISA in Monza, and of the art historian Flavio Caroli at the Politecnico di Milano, he formed his own research path that is on the borderline between art and design. The deep sense of design and the importance of the contextualization of a work are crucial to define a multidisciplinary research language ranging from small to large scale, characterized by a constant attention to matter and the existential relationship between nature and man. He is currently working on the design and realization of a cycle of experimental stained glass windows for an important Milanese church designed by the architect Giò Ponti and on the realization of self-produced tables and furnishing elements that will be presented in 2021.
