Giuseppe La Spada

Giuseppe La Spada is an Environmental Artist, Director and Photographer of Sicilian origins. 

Always interested in investigating the element Water to better understand the relationship between Man and Nature, for more than ten years his commitment combines Art and Sustainability, through projects that aim to spread and increase awareness on environmental issues, especially in the new generations.

In 2007 he won the prestigious Webby Award in New York (The Internet Oscars) for a Net Art project related to ecology. He has collaborated and realized videos for artists such as Ryuichi Sakamoto, Franco Battiato, Marco Mengoni etc.

His works have been exhibited in Rome, Milan, Palermo, Genoa, Sondrio,

San Remo, New York, Tokyo, Munich, Paris, Arles, Berlin, etc.
