Ilaria Bianchi is a product and furniture designer, a journalist and a professor based in Milan. She works for design studios, galleries, companies and private clients.
She started her own studio in 2015, after graduating in Industrial Design at the Politecnico di Torino, and a Master in ceramic, furniture and jewellery design at Central Saint Martins in London.
His work, which uses a multidisciplinary approach, ranges from industrial design to unique pieces and installations. Plasma craft techniques and (technical techniques), studying design solutions with an analytical and critical perspective, with a strong focus on sustainability. 
His works are exhibited in galleries, cultural centers and international fairs such as the Victoria & Albert Museum, Triennale di Milano, Building Gallery, Dimore Gallery (Dimore Studio), Galleria Luisa delle Piane, Chamber NYC, MiArt, Stockholm Design Fair, London Design Fair, Salone del Mobile and many others.
In 2020 his collective The Ladies'Rooms is selected by Elle Decoration for EDIDA as best young designers of the year. In 2019 she was selected by AD Italia as one of the "7 designers of the future". In 2018 she is selected by Elle Decor as Next Designer of the Year and her project Duo Shelf is one of the winners of the WallPaper* 2018 Design Award Winners. 
In 2016 she founded the collective The Ladies' Room with Agustina Bottoni, Astrid Luglio and Sara Ricciardi. Their work initiates a re-examination of contemporary design, creating artifacts and experiences that are a driving force for discussion on the renewed need for sensorial involvement.
