María Gomigc subject matter is not found on the representations, forms and figures existent in her work; but it is the state of mind, emotions and circumstances under which the work was created. In this case, the spectator meets the subject matter by recreating the view that the artist had on the work, and by perceiving - or envisioning - the moment in which the piece was created.
