Born in Palermo, Adriana Glaviano attended the Brera Academy in Milan. An illustrator and graphic designer for pleasure, she devoted herself to fashion first as a freelancer for Condé Nast magazines then as a journalist at Vogue Italia. In the Rizzoli Group she worked at Amica, then at Io Donna and Anna as deputy fashion director. She returned to the Condé Nast group as fashion director of Vogue Gioiello and Vogue Pelle. In 2008 she designed the "Cala di Volpe" collection for Tom Barrack's Colony group. Today she is a freelance fashion director and works in illustration, graphic design and publishing.
