About

This is an interesting example of eclectic architecture.
It is characterised by a façade with five storey above ground, opened by a dense pattern of four overlapping orders of windows, simulating Venetian Renaissance loggias. The main doorway leads into an octagonal inner courtyard, where the ground floor has two entrances on each side.
At the corners, pillars with Tuscanic capitals with gutte, support a massive entablature above which, the other floors are developed, facing the courtyard with windows surmounted by lunettes with inscribed oculus.
From the central octagonal courtyard one passes to another rectangular courtyard where, on the ground floor, the garages are distributed between pillars decorated with parastas similar to those of the previous courtyard. Above the garages on the north and south sides are two large terraces.
The façade is divided into three sections by lesenas decorated with panels interrupted at half height by a patera.
