Alberta Florence

Giulia Mondolfi (Florence, 1986) after the a degree in Architecture at Politecnico di Milano and a master’s  in Landscape Architecture at the University of Florence, is envolved in Italian heritage and garden design. In 2014 she creates Alberta Florence Interior Design and Exclusive Clothing (www.albertaflorence.com), a bespoke dresses and gowns atelier in Florence. She combines fashion design and craftmanship.  Nel 2016 Giulia is chosen as one of the under 35 creatives by photographers Max and Douglas. In 2017 she receives the Florence Design Award. Since 2018 she holds workshop on  “Fashion and Literature” at Syracuse University. During Milano Design Week 2018 Alberta Florence presented its first collection of ethically made dresses. In 2019 during the Milano Design Week Giulia launches her first collection of interior design “Where solidarity blows”  exhibited in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and at MUDEC the museum of cultures; in  2021 she presented “Catai”, in collaboration with the social enterprise GuriI Zi.
