El Mora was born in April 2019 to share, in a cozy, quiet, and welcoming place, not only a high-end selection, cutting and cooking of quality meat, but also other "meats", like tuna, lobster, amberjack, swordfish, served grilled, in soups and tartar. Our focus is always on the quality and freshness of raw products.
We wanted to weave our story in the evocative setting of the Colonne di S. Lorenzo neighborhood in Milan, in the street dedicated to Gian Giacomo Mora, who was one of the unfortunate protagonists of the injustice perpetuated by the judicial apparatus in 1630.
