The 2018 collection is inspired by rough materials found in nature, morphed into design through skillful craftsmanship.
Calling on the calming yet dramatic landscape of the desert and its dryness, the collection plays on natural colors found in canyons and deserts that let the mind travel to distant places. the setting of the desert is neutral but strong, like the singular pieces presented, that stand in their own right yet coexist in the suggestive atmosfere created by natural tones of the walls and the strong presence of the dried floral installation.
The installation creates a magic setting of golden hues that reminisce of places far away - easily traceable to a collective memory we all share.
The pieces presented as the first collection for six gallery recalls nature’s strength through materials that become domesticated due to design experimentation and skillful crafstmanship.
